By performing a combination of both, broad and targeted pressure, the therapist stimulates the opening and toning of joints and muscles with yoga-like stretches, tracking down blockages and dissolving them, to stimulate the free flow of energy on the Sen (energetic pathways), allowing the receiver to reach a deep state of relaxation, and promoting a process of self healing and renewal.
