Service Description

Life is motion, and motion is life. When it comes to fitness, we have to consider a few variables such as strength, flexibility, mobility, and endurance. There are few others like balance and coordination that eventually come into the game as long as we progress. First of all, before we start we need to assess the individuals conditions; those are: old injuries, structural alignment, and muscular history, in order to be able to design a program that can address limitations and improvements, personalizing the program to make it safe for everyone.

Cancellation Policy

Client must give at least 4 hours advanced notice for cancelling or rescheduling a session.
